Virtual HR Services for Small Businesses is the answer for small businesses just starting up, at just the right size, or even scaling up, but not quite at the level which would necessitate a full time Human Resources Consultant. Because we understand the needs of small and medium-sized organizations, our services are priced to give you control over your expenses. We offer a three tier subscription based on the hours of consulting your business may need each month:

Basic HR Subscription
- Subscriber-Only Access: Gain exclusive access to valuable forms and resources
- Consultation: Enjoy 12 hours of consultation per month. Any additional consultation beyond the 12 hours is billed at $175 per hour
- Employee Handbook: The creation of your digital employee handbook is available for a one-time fee of $1,500. The first revision or update is complimentary, with subsequent revisions or updates available for a flat fee
- Applicant Sourcing & Screening: Basic applicant sourcing and screening services are available at $87 per hour
- Full Recruitment Services: Comprehensive recruitment services, including interviewing and hiring, are offered at $187 per hour
Advanced HR Subscription
- Subscriber-Only Access: Gain exclusive access to valuable forms and resources
- Consultation: Enjoy 20 hours of consultation per month. Any additional consultation beyond 20 hours is billed at $150 per hour
- Employee Handbook: The creation of your digital employee handbook is available for a one-time fee of $1,500. The first revision or update is complimentary, with all subsequent revisions and updates available for a flat fee
- Applicant Sourcing & Screening: Basic sourcing and screening of applicants is available at $87 per hour
- Full Recruitment Services: Comprehensive recruitment, including interviewing and hiring, is offered at $187 per hour
Premium HR Subscription
- Subscriber-Only Access: Gain exclusive access to valuable forms and resources
- Consultation: Enjoy 28 hours of consultation per month. Any additional consultation beyond the 28 hours is billed at $125 per hour.
- Employee Handbook: The creation of your digital employee handbook is available for a one-time fee of $1,500. The first revision or update is complimentary, with all subsequent revisions and updates available for a flat fee
- Applicant Sourcing & Screening: Basic sourcing and screening of applicants is available at $87 per hour
- Full Recruitment Services: Comprehensive recruitment, including interviewing and hiring, is offered at $187 per hour
